Background

Army requires the integration of Antiterrorism (AT) and Operations Security (OPSEC) into the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers acquisition process. The information contained on this site will aid contractors in meeting the AT/OPSEC requirements contained in contracts with Walla Walla District. (See OPORD 2013-74)

Antiterrorism (AT)

Complete the following training and email certificate(s) to COR:

1) Download a certificate to authenticate access to enter the Antiterrorism Awareness Training and other DoD cyber websites from the following link: https://public.cyber.mil/installroot_5-6/

2) Use Chrome for the best connection if possible.

Operation Security (OPSEC)

Complete the following training and email certificate(s) to COR

CUI Training (Controlled Unclassified Information)

Complete the following training and email certificate(s) to COR 

E-Verify

Complete for all required employees and send certificate(s) to COR

SECURITY NOTE:

All contractor and all associated sub-contractors employees shall comply with applicable installation, facility and area commander installation/facility access and local security policies and procedures (provided by government representative).  In addition to the changes otherwise authorized by the changes clause of this contract, should the Force Protection Condition (FPCON) at any installation or facility change, the Government may require changes in contractor security matters or processes.

If required by contractual agreement, all contractor employees and associated subcontractor employees requiring access to Army installations, facilities, and controlled access areas, shall complete:
