21-009 Mill Creek levees repaired after damage from 2020 Flood

WALLA WALLA, Wash. – The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers’ Walla Walla District completed repairs to sections of the Mill Creek Levee System that were damaged during the February 2020 flooding.

20-011 Corps continues assisting flood recovery efforts

Walla Walla Wash. - The Walla Walla River basin's rain-on-snow event resulted in historic flows on most streams and rivers in the region. In the aftermath of the flood event, officials with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Walla Walla District shifted their focus from flood fighting to helping restore some of the surrounding flood effected areas.

WALLA WALLA, Wash. – The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District (Corps), and Walla Walla County (county) invite the public to attend a progress-update presentation about the Mill Creek General Investigation Feasibility Study (study) on Thursday, May 30, from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Courtyard by Marriott, located at 550 West Rose Street in Walla Walla, Washington. The presentation will begin at 5:30 p.m., with time afterward for questions.
