  • 21-039 Corps to hold public meeting to gather input for Ice Harbor Master Plan Revision

    BURBANK, Wash.– The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers’ Walla Walla District (Corps) has scheduled an open house public meeting on Thursday, July 22 from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Ice Harbor Visitor Center in Burbank, Washington. There will be formal presentations at 5 and 6 p.m., and Corps staff will be present to answer questions and provide information.

    BURBANK, Wash.– The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers’ Walla Walla District (Corps) has prepared a draft Ice Harbor Master Plan with an accompanying draft Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) and Environmental Assessment (EA) to revise the outdated 1977 Ice Harbor Master Plan. The Corps will be accepting comments from July 1 through 30, 2021.
  • 20-055 Corps issues revised Project Master Plans for Little Goose and Lower Monumental

    SNAKE RIVER, Wash. – The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers’ Walla Walla District has issued revised Master Plans for the Lower Monumental and Little Goose Projects. Each Master Plan includes a Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) and an Environmental Assessment (EA). The Master Plans were updated because the original Master Plans were more than 50 years old and there have been changes in policy and management strategies over that time.
