The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (Corps), Walla Walla District, prepared a Supplemental Environmental Analysis for Purposes of 2003-2004 Dredging (SEA-03/04). The SEA-03/04 included a Biological Assessment and other required documentation and analysis related to dredging proposed for Winter 2003-2004. The areas proposed for dredging in 2003-2004 were primarily the same as the areas proposed for dredging in 2002-2003.
The SEA-03/04 public comment period ended 28 August 2003. Comments received by the Corps during this comment period can be viewed here. The report is available to the public, and can be accessed by following the links below. All files are in Adobe Portable Document Format, and many are large files. The dredging proposed for the winter of 2003-2004 was delayed pending completion of additional project documentation and resolution of outstanding legal issues.
