The Cost Engineering DX manages two 5-year national cost engineering service IDIQ (Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity) contracts that are available nationwide to all governmental agencies. One is a large business capacity of $90M with Project Time and Cost, Inc., and the other is a small business capacity of $10M with MOCA Systems, Inc. The IDIQ task orders are managed through the Cost Engineering DX, which oversees development of the statement of work and government estimates as well as supporting the Walla Walla Contracting Office for task order procurement and execution.

Both contractors have access to a multitude of professionals and subcontractors that can support the government's large cost engineering community.
