Table of Contents 
This District consists of all Columbia River drainage and tributaries thereto between the head of the McNary pool (river mile 345.4) and Umatilla Bridge (river mile 290.5) below McNary Dam, except the Yakima River Basin above the Van Giesen Street Bridge (river mile 8.4) near Richland, Washington. The primary tributary drainage area is the Snake River which includes more than 107,000 square miles in six states: Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Wyoming, and small portions of Nevada and Utah.
