Dog walker at Mill Creek

Doing their part! A leashed dog enjoys a walk at Mill Creek. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has brought in a herd of goats and sheep to clear overgrown vegetation along the levees. To ensure the animals can safely do their jobs without the use of herbicides, park rangers are strictly enforcing a temporary leash rule. Please keep your dogs leashed to prevent dangerous interactions with the herd's working dogs or electric fencing.
