The Lucky Peak Auxiliary Tunnel, located across from Lucky Peak State Park’s Discovery Park Unit, releases water into the bed of the Boise River. This water control structure is used intermittently, typically handling releases during periods of Power House maintenance, or when release requirements exceed the generation capacity of the Power House.
