The Walla Walla District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, along with volunteers from Whitman College, Walla Walla University, and Walla Walla Community College plant 13 large trees throughout Rooks Park, as well as move a tree that is too close to the levee, on Apr. 17, 2016.
