The Corps prepared an Environmental Assessment (EA) to address potential effects associated with the repair of the Emmett Levee.  The EA and draft Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) were made available for public review from March 6, 2013 to March 20, 2013.  No comments were received.  Copies of the final EA and FONSI can be found through a link on this page.

Upon completion of analysis, consultation, and public review, the Environmental Compliance Section has not identified any significant environmental impacts related to the repair of the Emmett Levee near Emmett, Idaho.  The signing of the FONSI concludes the Corps’ environmental compliance for this project.
