19-024 Corps seeks concessionaires for Dent Acres Campground vendor opportunity

The Walla Walla District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, invites interested parties to submit proposals for a mobile commercial concession at Dent Acres Campground, a Corps of Engineers-operated campground on Dworshak Dam and Reservoir, near Orofino, Idaho.

The goals of this solicitation are for the government to obtain quality services, at reasonable prices, to meet public demand, and at the same time, allowing entrepreneurs to make a fair profit.

Dent Acres Campground features 43 campsites with water, electricity and sewage hookups. Other location features include a 2-lane boat launch, picnic shelters, a fish cleaning station, and more. The notice of availability for a commercial concession license and associated informational documents can be requested by contacting the Real Estate Office by phone 509-527-7324, or by emailing cenww-re@usace.army.mil.

Applications will be received until 2 p.m. (Pacific Time), April 22, 2019, and then publicly opened, for the licensing of real property of the United States. Sealed, written applications should be submitted, in duplicate, subject to the application information packet, to:
