All Dworshak Reservoir trails are ready for hikers, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers officials at the dam announced today.  Clearing the trails around the reservoir was a cooperative springtime partnership effort between Dworshak Natural Resource Management staff, Orofino Boy Scout Troop #536 and the Lewiston Juvenile Correction Center.

According to Dworshak trail maintenance staff, there is still work to do on the trails, such as bridge repair, upgrades, signing and fixing switchbacks.  Individuals and organizations are invited to “adopt” a trail along the reservoir.
