Kahlotus, Wash. – Individuals crossing Lower Monumental Lock and Dam between Nov. 27 and Dec. may experience delays up to one hour while officials perform maintenance.

19-096 Lower Granite summer hours coming to an end; crossers may experience delays during the month of September

LOWER SNAKE RIVER, Wash. – Lower Granite Lock and Dam, near Pomeroy, Wash., will be coming to the end of its summer hours this weekend. Beginning Monday, Sept. 2, the dam will return to a 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily schedule with the exception of being closed during Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years.

18-004 Work around Little Goose’s navigation lock to temporarily increase lockage times

Starbuck, Wash. – Locking a vessel past Little Goose Lock and Dam may take a bit longer than usual from Jan. 29, 2018 to Feb. 28, 2018. According to U.S. Army Corps of Engineers officials at the dam, ongoing work is being performed in the vicinity of the lock approach when approaching the upstream side of the lock.
