    Umatilla, Oregon – The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers’ Walla Walla District will begin construction this summer to connect the McNary Dam wastewater sewer system to the City of Umatilla sewer system. During the construction effort there will be temporary closures and detours affecting 3rd Street, West Park, Spillway Park, and the Visitor Center/Juvenile Fish Facility.     BURBANK, Wash.– The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers’ Walla Walla District (Corps) has scheduled an open house public meeting on Thursday, July 22 from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Ice Harbor Visitor Center in Burbank, Washington. There will be formal presentations at 5 and 6 p.m., and Corps staff will be present to answer questions and provide information.

    AHSAHKA, Idaho – Summer is just around the corner and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Dworshak Dam Visitor Center will be open 7 days a week starting Friday, May 24, of Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. Dam tours will be offered daily at 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. Tours are limited to eight people, and photo identification is required.
