Comments are due by Oct. 10.

Three other power team members departed Saturday.

13-061 - Elk Creek Meadows prescribed burn planned for Sunday and Monday at Dworshak

AHSAHKA, Idaho – U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Natural Resources staff at Dworshak Dam and Reservoir will work with Clearwater-Nez Perce National Forest fire crews to conduct prescribed burning just southwest of Dicks Creek beginning on Sunday afternoon, Sept. 15, and Monday, Sept. 16. Dicks Creek is located on the north side of the reservoir between Freeman Creek State Park and Dent Acres. Burn plans are contingent upon favorable weather conditions.

13-060 ‘On-request’ lockage service begins Sept. 16 for boaters on Snake, Columbia rivers

WALLA WALLA, Wash. – Beginning Monday, Sept. 16, recreational boaters can lock past U.S. Army Corps of Engineers dams on the lower Snake and Columbia rivers almost any time during daylight hours, officials with the Corps’ Walla Walla District announced.
